Mindfulness completely changed my life giving me the tools to cope with a disability and chronic pain (see About Me). The only limitations to what we think we can achieve comes from our thoughts.
Learning to be fully present and able to observe how different emotions and sensations actually feel has also enhanced my writing and improved my connection to my characters. I have the focus and clarity to structure my writing time which has increased my word count.
